After struggling with weight loss resistance, hypothyroidism and Hashimotos Disease, I dove into functional nutrition techniques to design what the fitness/health industry was missing most: a method that pairs the beauty of tracking macros & reverse dieting with actual focus on hormone & gut health for women who need SO much more than “just macros”.

I have helped hundreds of women heal their relationships with food, restore their metabolism, balance their hormones, and reach their health goals all while NEVER resorting to low-calorie dieting.

Our Resilience Approach

Our custom approach empowers women to achieve their holistic health goals, rebuild their metabolisms, balance their hormones, heal their gut, and become undeniably resilient in everyday life.

  • Entirely 1-1 macros for YOU, including if you need a reverse diet heal your metabolism. This includes: custom protein/carb/fat & calorie requirements, constant protocol adjustments & deep-dives into your food choices & overall habits.

  • Weekly check-ins are to dive deep into your adherence & your body’s biofeedback to your protocols. These are done through in-depth Loom video recordings & sent to you via your 1-1 WhatsApp chat with coach. Clients can also schedule a 1-1 call with their coach if needed (max of 2x per month on top of weekly check-ins for added support). Weekly Check-ins are essential for making protocol adjustments for the next week, reviewing nutrition, sleep / water / steps / training / supplements / struggles / wins… and always ensuring you’re thriving in your journey getting the true support YOU need.

  • You are your 1:1 coach will communicate through WhatsApp where you will have 24/7 support throughout your program. This is hands-on support for any and all questions you have in your day to day + added accountability. You will also have access to the “Resilient Women” community groupchat with all other clients on your coach’s team.

  • The issue with conventional doctors is that they don’t often test for the right things nor do they view labwork with functional/optimal ranges. Inside 1:1 coaching, this is exactly what we fix. We can order hormone labs such as a Stress & Hormone Panel, assess gut health through permeability markers and a GI Map, and discover all the hidden healing opportunities that conventional doctors miss. These are optional & can be added onto coaching with an add-on rate. Clients pay only for the cost of the test kit — and all protocols + review is already included.

  • Our private app allows clients to track their progress pictures, weight trends, habit progression, and more! For clients on Full Coaching (Fitness & Nutrition), these are also where custom workout programming is hosted.

  • We pair together the beauty of macros & reverse dieting with an emphasis on hormone & gut health through holistic coaching. This is essential in order for women to get results but also support internal health and longevity. We are SO much more around here than just “macros and/or workouts”.

  • WE OFFER OVER 20+ DIFFERENT WAYS TO FINANCE YOUR COACHING & IT IS ALSO COVERED THROUGH YOUR HSA!

    We have made a significant effort to create affordable coaching options for every single person, goal, and budget. We truly do have something for everyone, and strive to help as many people as we can — which involves making this affordable! Coaching is now also HSA-Covered for those with HSA's.

    Starting rates begin at $245-$299/monthly, but can also be lower with discounted paid-in-full rates, Affirm financing, or a down payment with smaller monthly payments.

    After you fill out a consultation form and touch base with Coach Jaidyn, we will get to know you & your situation better, the level of support you need, the length of term that would be best for you, and discuss ALL options according to your budget!

    Because we finance different for every person, its crucial to fill out an application.

  • Absolutely! In fact, most of our clients are nutrition-only and see EPIC results. We offer just as much support with Nutrition Only clients as we do Full Fitness/Nutrition. This is also a great option to go with that may better fit a lower budget!

  • Definitely not! If you are wanting to still have workout programming done for you, your coach will completely customize your workouts for whatever equipment you do or don’t have! Even if you only have your bodyweight, you’ll have great workouts!

  • On your free consultation call, we will talk about your goals, experience, background, health concerns, and dieting history to determine an estimated timeline of how long it will take to reach your goals! We offer multiple options from 4-12 months, and occasionally offer promotions for less! We have some clients who graduate from their program right away and feel comfortable and knowledgeable to completely coach themselves AND have long-term clients for 2+ years because of how much they love the support and accountability!

  • Imagine its check-in day: all you have to do is wake up, enter your weight into our client-app, take progress pictures and fill out a check-in form via Google Form that your coach will then review. They will look at your nutrition for the week prior, your workouts (if a fitness/nutrition client), specific important metrics like your sleep, steps, stress, digestion, recovery, emotions/mental health, and then respond via Loom or voice memo with protocol adjustments to make for the week moving forward! These checkins will always give you: accountability, education, steps for progression towards your goals.

  • You bet! We’ve coached dozens of women with the goals to: prepare their bodies for a healthy pregnancy, work on infertility struggles, focusing on having a healthy pregnancy after conceiving, and starting their postpartum journeys while breastfeeding. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable with these clients, especially in regards to pregnancy-safe workouts, pelvic floor work, and nutrition per trimester, and you will be paired with a coach who can tailor their specialty exactly towards your needs.

  • We do not believe in restrictive meal plans! We want you to have the knowledge and power to make your own food decisions and have flexibility so you can enjoy: restaurants, vacations, road trips, family dinners, unplanned parties, etc. Our flexible dieting approach will give you just that. If you ARE worried about not knowing what to eat, we provide clients hundreds of recipe ideas, e-books for healthy macro-friendly foods, for example days of hitting your macros, etc. And you can always reach out to your coach for help with food ideas, help with meal planning, grocery shopping, tracking food ahead of time, etc.

  • A reverse diet is what our team specializes in! This is the process of rebuilding your metabolism and aiding to balance hormones after a long time of under-eating, inconsistently eating, or a long time of dieting. If we find a client has been under-eating, we have to first heal their metabolism before doing a dieting phase, so that they can eat the maximum amount of food possible! During a reverse, your coach will gradually increase your calories and macros weekly or bi-weekly to get up to your estimated TDEE (maintenance calories). 92% of our clients lose 5-40lbs during this phase, and it’s also entirely normal to maintain your current weight while eating hundreds of calories more!
