Founder & Head Coach
Jaidyn is the Founder & Head Coach inside The Resilient You.
Along with being a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), she holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in food science, and certifications as a CPT, Nutrition Specialist, Metabolism & Hormones Specialist, and Pre & Perinatal Certified Coach. She believes in empowering clients through education of nutrition and not just “tracking macros”, so that women can take their hormonal health back while looking and feeling their best.
After being a competitive dancer, she found a love for weight training, and later nutrition, after years of struggling with her relationship with food and over-exercising.
She’s been through her own weight-loss journey, and followed by a weight-gain journey of 30lbs after being diagnosed with Hashimotos Disease and Hypothyroidism where weight gain was necessary to restore hormonal health. After being on her own functional nutrition journey to heal her hormones and manage a chronic disease (aiming to go into remission), she now helps women restore hormone health for resilience.
