1:1 Standard Holistic Coaching

All bells & whistles with macros, nutrition education, lifestyle coaching, reverse dieting etc. but for women who don’t have as high of a need for hormone & gut health focus! These women: have tried it all and can’t seem to lose weight, might be struggling with weight loss resistance or a slowed-down metabolism, want actual sustainable results they can maintain for life, and don’t want to have to give up their favorite foods or their social life for results! Staff coach Ashly Miller works with these women 1:1. Clients are coached by staff coach Ashly Miller.
